Saturn is the closest planet to the earth and it will be the closest to the sun fer once it happens every 29 years. So don't forget to check it out i know i will

Actually Venus is the closest to the Earth....did you mean that Saturn is going to be closer to the Earth than usual? From my earlier days of astronomy, all the planet's orbits are roughly circular, the exception being Pluto's orbit which is elliptical and goes inside Neptune's orbit....So for a while, Neptune is the farthest planet from the sun. And Mercury is the closest to the Sun than any planet and always will be. Saturn will never be closer to the Sun than Mercury. So am I right when I think you meant that Saturn is going to be closer to Earth than usual?
